The Shed Door operates from a factory space in an Industrial estate in Mitcham. The factory space is the home for a variety of programs focused on the well-being of youth and young adults as well as men and their families. Phil is married with four children and loves  going on adventures with his family.

They travel as a family to participate in Mission work in The Philippines. This has become an annual event for Phil and his family.
