Hi fella’s
I’ve left a short message for you all in these times of isolation. I know a bit about isolation having spent a lot my working life on ships in the Navy. Yes, besides counselling I was in the Navy for years.
Anyhow, hopefully, it looks like we might see some restrictions being lifted in the next few days or weeks, so hang in there and stay productive and chilled.
I’m writing a book during the lockdown, what are you doing? I can’t tell you what it’s about until it’s finished. That keeps the mystery going 🙂
By the way. Sorry, I look a bit pale in the video, but I had to reduce its size so I could send it to Niv!!
