How are you all going since our last post? I hope you are all keeping well.
Lot’s of people are enjoying the best veggie gardens they’ve ever had, and so many people now are going for walks around the suburbs, it’s like we’ve gone back in time. Families are re-inventing ways to get together as a family. Lot’s are using Zoom or Skype to communicate. Our family had a few old dry bushes and small sticks laying around from a clean-up, so what did we do?
Well, we made a fire-pit and sat around watching the flames for a couple of hours, just talking and laughing. It was great fun and something we don’t do often enough.
The good looking bloke above, Dr Ian Traill, a missionary in China for many years, has now returned to Australia and settled in Portland, Victoria. He has been busy renovating his house and showing us his multiple skillsets. Ian has spoken at MSM several times over the years and was also one of Australia’s greatest Powerlifters in the ’80s.
Here, he just gives us encouragement about what to do if we are bored or feeling a little bit useless at home at the moment.
